This place seemed amazing when we first looked at them and when we first moved in. The office people were nice and very helpful. It was a fake!!! This apartment sucks! Our toilets have broken several times in not just one bathroom but both. And several times we have been yelled at by the manager for my child being a kid and playing. I understand there are rules but when a child is yelled at for just being with a kid that is bad and does somethng wrong thats where I think they should have asked my kid if he did it or what the story was instead of just assuming things. There are tons of trees around here and kids are going to climb them, you can tell a kid until you are blue in the face not to climb the trees and they arent going to listen. Basically we were told that if they had to get onto us about my son, who by the way is the best behaved kid even all our neighbors agree, that they are going to kick us out because they cant have a kid like mine here!!! So unless your kids are angels I would suggest not moving here. And also there is a sliding glass door in the kids room which is completely not safe!!! We hear everything as well. The lady above us has woke us up several times having loud intercourse with her boyfriend. One evening arund 730 I took my child to the pool and there were two teenage boys in the pool that just came out of the bathroom when they seen me they ran out, I walked into the bathroom at the pool and it smelled so strong of marijuana, I told the managers and they shrugged it off like no biggie and did nothing about it. There are nails coming through the walls at the top of the ceiling as well. I feel that the managers are all wrong for this job, the lady manager, she is rude and unfriendly and as soon as our 6 month lease is up we are moving out of here and we will not recommend this plce to anyone!

I am sitting here reading this review and I think it is too funny b/c the person writing it must have the wrong complex. First, the pool at Cedar Creek (which is located off of Dean Road and Cedar Creek Drive) doesn't have public bathrooms. The only bathrooms that are anywhere near the pool is located in the office. You would have to go through the managers office to get to it. Secondly, the only apartments that have sliding glass doors in the bedrooms are the one bedroom apts so hopefully you are not sharing a one bedroom apartment with your KIDS! Last, Cedar Creek had almost all the trees removed from the property over two years ago. The only trees that are still there are the crape myrtles (which are lined along the outer property line off the main busy road, so hopefully you don't allow you children to climb them near traffic, Scary!!!!) and the three other big trees that are located right by the office. Maybe this reviewer should review the address of the apartment complex before they hit the submit button...lol....too funny!
