I've been a resident of Cedar Trace for the last seven months. As a military member I've had the opportunity of dealing with many landlords/property managers. The unprofessionalism, lack of tenant consideration and poor business practices of Cedar Trace Apartment Office Management are reprehensible. I have watched what was a half way decent living enviornment substantially deteriorate. My stay here has been extremely frustrating due to office managements selective enforcement of lease requirements/agreements, no notice changes, total disregard for tenants rights and lack of knowlege on the contents of the Louisiana Landlord/Tenant Act. I encourage anyone who has experienced genuine problems with this or any apartment office management staff to review the Louisiana Landlord Tenant Act and elevate any valid problems/concerns to the property OWNERS or higher.
