my family and i visited cedar trace several times during the past few months. our first visit was rather pleasant. the complex was quiet, grounds well kept,had security close by, and seemed like a nice place to live.well, on our last few visits we noticed trash on the grounds, no security anywhere around, quite noisy, and on one occasion a domestic disturbance with law enforcement involved. on another occasion a loud verbal exchange with profanity and threats of bodily harm. tires being slashed overnight.our visits are rare, i would not recommend it as a suitable place to
live especially with kids. parking horrible.
