Love the new name. Summer Trace the gates. JUST RENEWED FOR ANOTHER YEAR.

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I moved to Cedar Trace as the new owners were closing on it. I was very pleased with the way the new owners came in. They fixed everything that Sealy had left undo.
The new name Summer Trace the gates and the helpful staff is the reason I renewed my lease. The new owners have tried very hard to take care of as they put it their residents.
We look forward to all the new things coming.
We are in the Service and we know they care about us and our families.
