My wife and I lived in these apartments for 8 1/2 months. This place is horrible!!! Loud Neighbors partied all night, 24/7, broken glass in the parking lot FOR WEEKS, TRASH in the grass, Damage to our vehicles, and an unexplainable smell of nasty...stuff. I am a Security Forces member in the AIR FORCE and for a few nights in a row, I was "Given Trouble" by some less than sophisticated people, Until I had to end it "MY WAY". The Management (Mealnie) seemed less than concerned about anything and everything I told them (her) about. The gates in this "gated community" never worked and when we tried to get out of this horrible place, she tried to say that we had to pay over $3000 in rent. Not to mention we had to pay a $750 deposit for our cat that somehow became a fee (we left the apartment just the way we found it). Now, we are in a new home that is all ours, and don't go near that horrible Place.
