i lived in summer trace way too long but it is so expensive to move and something always coming up, but i agree on all the complaints, neighbors loud, people leave trash on door steps for cats to get into, i have dogs and i have to have them on a leash, pools havent been maintanced in over two yrs, when broke they dont care. washer and dryers dont heat called on them for 4wk straight still havent been fixed, front gate built back in winter of 2005 and has never worked, they can spend money on painting sidewalks, but cant fix the clubhouse/office, the office is in apt building contractor bailed on them, or he was illegal. no security, people fight 2-3 am cops wont even come for hours. soda machines always take money, call office they are never in office, yet mgnt can live their by herself single person in 2bdrm for free. their are several police officers and sheriffs that live in this complex and they dont do anything about security. rent goes up every 6 months, and for me, i rent same size as my neighbor down stairs same size and layout apt, and they pay less a month than i do and i am honest respectable tenent that has been their for couple years.

I also live here and have to agree with this post and the one before it. They have finally started working on the clubhouse/office but will never finish it the office staff is rude and are never in the office. I think that the maintenance guy also lives here for free in a 2bed/2bath also and is single. i really wish i had more time to look around before i signed the lease.
