The reviews I have read or so true. I would avoid moving to this community if possible. When I first moved into these apartment on August 21, 2003, they were telling me that the apartments are going to be a gated community and everything will be on an uprise. I moved from these apartment in April 29, 2007 and nothing that they promised has come to past. They charge you for everything in your apartment. The management is unprofessional in apperance and speaking to tenants. And I agree with one reviewer about one of your neighbors in the same size apartment that you are and paying a lower rent and I was the tenant that was there the longest. And all management told me was that the last manager went up on my rent all at once instead of increasing it everytime you renew your lease.
