Lived there nearly a year so far and have enjoyed it. Maintainence is abit slow, but they are very friendly and do a good job. The grounds are kept clean and the only real noise is from the landscapers that come out to mow. There isn't too much parking though. Office staff is very accomodating and they have parties in the clubhouse most Saturday nights. Lots of single people live there.
