The Management is very inefficient in taking care of your needs. Since I moved in,about 8 months ago,I have asked repeatedly for different repair needs and nothing is done about it. Once you're under contract and have to pay rent on time, they do not care about anything else but getting more tenants in. The manager has brushed me off saying that they have so many apartments to repair and that they will get mine real soon. 8 months of brush offs is called poor management skills. And my stair corridor is usually dirty and smelly. I feel like I have to hold my breath every time I walk in the bldg. Ants have been rampant in my apt. even though they call themselves exterminating every so often. I had to go buy my own bug sprays and poisons. I'm currently looking for a new place to live, and if you're anything like me and care anything about good management, cleanliness, and a measure of proffesionalism, don't make these apts your home if you can help it. You will be very very dissapointed.
