This place is great. Nice unique floor plans. The management was friendly, Maintenance had things fixed the same day you reported something. Neighbors were quiet, with minimal noise that can be expected from an apartment. The lake is beautiful and the ducks are fun. I had one duck walk into my apt one time. The grounds are well maintained but a little plain. The only cons about this place is the apartment had inadequate lighting and no ceiling fans. A picnic area would be nice. It is fairly conveniently located, though most businesses are moving away from the area, but it gives you more of an "away from it all" feeling. This place is affordable and well worth your money.
