This is not the place that will become "home sweet home". The 2 main reasons (and there are many) are:
* Lax Security - I know of a man that had all his gasoline siphoned from his tank.
* Staff - The 2 "office women" are hardened and are just looking for things to "gig" you about. They will look and look for reasons to beat you out of your deposit. It seems they are on commission and get to keep a portion of the proceeds. Initially, they want you to think they care, but this is nothing more than an academy award winning performance. By the time your first rent payment is due, their so called caring has disappeared.
Take my advice, find another place to "hang your hat".
