I'll have to agree with the "hates pets." The only way I could renew my lease was to get rid of my dog. However, the mangaement was kind in working with me. When I originally moved in, it was with my boyfriend- who was a bit noisy. We ended up separating, he moved out, and I tried to renew my lease solo. I was originally told no due to the complaints but after I explained the situation the manager let me stay. I haven't had any problems since. I appreciated the help, especially since I am now a single mom.

As far as my actual apartment is concerned, I have no complaints. My oven/range and microwave are new. The only appliance that is slightly dated is my dishwasher but I've never had any problems. My carpet and paint are in good condition. I do have two doors that stick a little, but I don't really mind.

Overall I would recommend it. I will be moving when my lease is up, but that is simply because I want to move closer into town.
