I'm not sure if I would recommend this apartment complex. The apartment that I am in is okay...but there are constant problems with neighbors. One lady across the way from me got broken into a month ago. We think it was her neighbors.
Three ladies are in the office and two are quite friendly, but the other can be quite abrasive. It is extremely difficult to get to talk to someone, and the maintenance staff is a joke. If the problem is more difficult than replacing a microwave, don't think it will be fixed the first time.
I am not fond of the "undocumented" workers that do the lawns. I have seen them staring into windows of apartments and cars. I've talked to management but nothing has been done.
I am also not fond of my children walking to school with the smell of marijuana waving in the breeze.
I guess what it boils down to is this: If you can keep to yourself as much as possible and not deal with some of the neighbors and have a high tolerance for --------, the price is great and the apartments are spacious...this may be for you. Because I have kids and hate the school district, and am not good with listening to excuses or dealing with stuff that is constantly broken, I will be moving at the first of the year.
