I have been living her for four years. The previous manager were very helpful but the new manger Denise is not helpful at all. All she wants to do is talk down to the tenants. They are not in the office during office time. It is very hard to get something fix in your apartment but they want your rent on time. This apartment complex has went down to the dump. I wouldn't advise anyone to move into Kingston Village apartment. The rent is so high they take the rent up everytime you resign your lease. Now you have to also pay a water bill in these apartment. They never answers the telephone. The appearance of the apartment is very poor. Maintenance has to come back and fix the same problem over and over agian because its wasn't repaired the correct way at first. The manager isn't professional at all she need some customer services training. The tennis court and back swimming pool is not working but they charges for this services.
