I have had a few friends live in this building and am jealous that I do not qualify financially.

The lofts are extremely spacious and open yet I don't feel lost in the space. All of the kitchen and bathroom accessories are very well kept as that is really all there is other than a few walls in the apartment. There is one huge closet with a "loft" within it...storage is not a problem.

The noise can be a little annoying every once in a while, but I don't find myself noticing it after a while. Most apartments, in my experience, have the noise of those around you and the trains (especially if you are anywhere near downtown or Bossier). Lee Hardware is only a little louder than most.

Great place...great price.
