Within 2 weeks, there was a leak in the floor that ruined personal belongings, ants, roaches, mold and mildew. Everyone who works in the office is very pleasant, basically what you'll read in the other reviews. The maintenance staff is prompt, but not happy when they have to come to your apartment to fix more than 4 different things. One in particualr was very short. The buildings were just built kinda funky, and have been having unseen problems going on inside the walls for over 30 years. This place was built in 1972. It's covered really nicely in vinyl siding, so you can't see the old rotted siding. This may just be a problem with the ONE building on the property that I'm associated with, I don't know about the others. It's in a great area, and as I've already said, the staff is near perfect, they didn't build it, but if you are going to rent here, I'd suggest spending some money on some inspections, and try to get a top floor unit to avoid most bugs altogether. Great place for college kids, these things wouldn't really bother me as much if I didn't have a child who had to live in it.
