I've lived here for nearly a year, but I'm about to move out of Shreveport.
Overall, I'd give Millicent Crossing high marks. However, the second week that I lived here, I accidently left my driver-side door unlocked and returned to find my car stereo stolen and my ignition jammed the next morning. That's the only problem that I've had since I've been here.
It's a very quiet complex with pretty nice people. The pools are clean. The laundry center works well for the most part (one bad dryer). Utilities aren't too bad, although I'm not home too often so I don't use much a/c.
The staff is very nice. Millicent Crossing is a very adequate complex. Nothing special, just adequate.
