I've been in Shreveport for several months now, coming from several different places in as many months with work, and I can honestly say I'd rather live in the apartment I'm in at Millicent Crossing right now than any place I've been in the past few years. From the time I walked in the first day both the apartment manager and the lady who is always manning the desk at the office have been nothing but great to me, making me feel like I'm literally back at home. The unit I live in is great, I've had zero problems with anything in it, the grounds are always clean and manicured, and the apartment community itself is quiet and very pleasant. What really got me though, is the personal touch they add to my experience every time I come in contact with them, always making sure I'm happy, making sure everything is ok, and more importantly, making sure I'm ok. What really pushed me to actually write a review is something they did a couple of weeks ago, and its just stuck in my head, simply because you don't find people anymore who actually have concern for those they don't really know. I had surgery a few weeks back, and went in to pay my rent a day after, both ladies were in the office that day, asked what was wrong, how I was feeling, asked if I needed anything, you know, general questions. Through the course of the next few days, both made a point of checking on me, making sure I was ok, making sure there was nothing I needed or that they could do for me. Living alone in a place your not from makes you realize how important those things are, and how much they meant to me, and how amazed I am that this place has people like that who are genuinely good people who not only do their job, but go so far above and beyond that. I guarantee that as long as I'm in Shreveport Millicent Crossing will be where I call home.
