Want to pay 1000$ when you leave this hell hole' I sure didn't. They charged me to replace the carpet and it was absolutely spotless. A friend of mine warned me about moving into an apartment complex managed by UL Coleman but I didn't listen. Take my advice, stay away from Millicent Crossing. You can hear road noise all night, you can hear every sound your neighbors make, it takes the management at least 3 weeks to respond to any of your maintenance requests, and on top of that, they find a way to swindle you out of your deposit when you leave. I got out of here as soon as I could. Avoid Millicent Crossing and any other UL Coleman properties at all costs!
