Well I have been living here a little over a year and i agree with the other writer when they say roaches come from nasty tenants. Everytime i have a maintenance issue they make sure someone comes right over and check on it. I have not had any problems with the management, maintenance or anyone else since I moved in. i think it is a nice spot to stay in.
