I used to live at Park Villa apartments. Yes, the surrounding neighborhood is nice, but the previous review is correct. Mostly college students and elderly people. I was in college when I lived there and it was fine for me. The appliances are old though. That is really the only thing that I didn't like. The other thing that I didn't care for was that you had to pay around thirty dollars per month if you wanted covered parking and it is not even gated. Other than that the price is right and it is a great starter place for college students.
