When I moved into QC in 2001, it was a decent place to live for a decent price. Since then, the rent has gone up, along with the crime and the noise complaints BUT fewer professionals and military personnel live there. My car was broken into three times in Shreveport, once at QC. About every 3-4 weeks, car burglaries would occur in the complex and the problem has gotten worse over time. The pool is usually dirty and the staff is occasionally helpful but mostly, I got the feeling that whatever complaint I had wasn't their problem. The bay windows leak in almost every apt. because the complex was built approx. 30 years ago. The staff has decided not to replace the windows but just to temporarily fix leaks when storms hit town (which I assure you is often). Maintenance usually responds to problems within a few days unless it's a weekend or holiday, then you're on your own. The management has changed hands three times since I first moved in and each time, it gets worse. I don't write this review to be rude, only to save other residents from the same headaches I endured for four years.

Sorry to hear QC is going downhill. I lived there 99 to 01 and was happy with the experience.
