Apartments are very old looking and the walls are paper thin. I can not keep the apartment warm because there are air leaks around all of the windows and doors. The window seals leak when it rains too. I need my windows sealed and screens on everyone of my windows and a padio door... The management and maintenance are very slow in responding to tennants needs. The playground and all other grassy common areas are overrun by dog poop. I can't really have a picnic by the creek or go jogging on the jogging trail. The grounds could be beautiful and enjoyable, but they are not maintained. And do not live above the courtesy cop at the back of the apartment complex...he actually asked me if I could have my 3 year old stop running around.

OMG I know someone that happened to One of my neighbors told me about it when i lived there he was a complete ----! when my car got broken into he didnt do anything
