This is my first apartment in the Shreveport area. Me and my husband have been here since November of 2005. At first when we came, we did have some things wrong, like the carpets not being cleaned, they were "stiff and sticky"! The paint job was kind of sloppy. The appliances need to be updated. For the money it is a decent place to live. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. The people who live around us are nice, we are never bothered by any drama. They have been doing lots of renovations since we have been there, which is always great. There is lots of space and the Bay Windows are beautiful and supply really nice lighting. I don't see the need for 2 sliding glass doors though!' It is also very close to me and my husband's work place and conveniently close to town. It never takes us more than 5 minutes to get to anywhere. Also the area where it is located is building back up. They are fixing to put a walmart near by. They are making some major tune ups to this place and would suggest checking it out if you are looking for a place to live.
