I started living in Quail Creek in 2006 with my husband. We got our FIRST apartment right across from the office. We were living on the second floor. The kitchen was a MESS everything is very old and super dirty. I didn't like how we had to keep rushing them to put in our washer/dryer that we were paying for monthly.. but whatever finally got it.. The staff was very rude and played favorites.

We had an super BAD incident in the summer of 2006.. I was at home laying on the couch when I heard a buzzing noise.. I got up followed the noise to the bay window open the blinds and found the whole right bay window was covered in bees! My dogs were on the porch when I ran and grabbed them they had BOTH been stung like crazy.. I ran to the office told them what was going on they told me to leave my apartment and to take my dogs out with me... an office and a maintenance staff member met me at my door about 20mins later (I had been standing in the hot sun the whole time waiting with my animals) When they went in the apartment there were bees everywhere they sprayed some crap at this huge nest that was build from the outside of my bay window all the way inside and inside the wall!!!!!!!!!!! They had to get a bee keeper and I had to hangout at my neighbors until late that evening I had a total of eight stings all over.. it took them forever to get workers to come fix this whole wall that housed all these bees.. actually we had to get my husbands MSgt. in to yell at them and tell them they need to fix it cause there were dead bees all over my kitchen, living room, bathroom, porch, and ALL over the walkway out back downstairs not to mention a HUGE hole in my wall. I never got an "I'm sorry" or them ever offering to help with anything.. funny thing is like a week later my neighbor has ants all over his apartment and ended up having to go to the hospital when he got back the whole staff was waiting for him with flowers and crap.

The walls in these apartments are all paper thin. You can hear the person living next door having sex or yelling/fighting w/e. Not only are the walls thin but they are also molded inside.. When the workers had to come and redo the whole bay window area in the living room the workers took off the drywall first to check the frame of the section... ALL the wood was molded. I took tons of pictures! They had to redo the whole frame and drywall in that section.

Most of the people who live there are treated like crap from the staff. The Staff lies a lot! One person tells you one thing and Then Ricky would get mad and say they didn't know what they were talking about and try and take whatever back. That happened with not only us but many of our friends. All of our friends feel the same way about these apartments and staff..

Recently I had a co worker move into QC and she told me she was still having all of the same problems we ALL were having a few years back.. They can change their staff but that complex is just crap.

The fire that happened in QC in 2008 so many people came and looted.. That's how most of the people are in LA though.. expect to get jacked, especially in that neighborhood. My friend woke up one morning and his car window had been shot with a BB Gun. I've had people come onto my patio trying to take fishing poles.

The one and only thing I can say was nice about QC when I lived there was I loved the fishing and all the space in the back to take your dogs out for a walk!

In all honesty if your willing to pay some extra money I really recommend Lexington Place Apartments they are SUPER nice! I loved living there.. They are a little pricey but I think it is way worth it!
