I would like to address all those individuals that have talked bad about the staff at QC. I have lived there for almost two years now and have nothing but kudos for the staff. There have been times where I have called in problems and not had an immediate response. When that event happened I would just call back and check on the status. The problems have always been addressed within 24 hours with nothing but courteous service. The office people have always been professional and sincere when speaking to them over the phone or in person. Every time that I have gone to the front office to pay rent they greet me with a smile and I have notice EVERY time that I have been there, if they are with a customer they are behaving in a manner that any office manager or office employee would be expected to act.

While the complex itself is old, the new management is putting a great deal of money into the complex to bring it up to date.

I agree that the apartment complex has a little ways to go to get there but improvements take time and with the help of its staff and the patience of its residence, QC will remain and continue to be a nice place to live.
