The office staff never returns phone calls or completes work orders. It takes over a month and 10 complaining phone calls to get anything done! They are soo rude and act like you are stupid for calling them and asking them questions about your apartment or your lease. They all seem like they are too busy for the residents. A little reminder, we are the ones that pay your salary!!
