Out of the 3 apartment communities I have lived in Quail creek is the most inexpensive. I seem to have just as much problems as I have had in other places. I have never had any rude notices on my door or any rude customer service. The biggest complaint I have here is that out of the 9 months I've lived here my water has been cold for about 2 of those months. I have to turn the hot water on full blast to get lukewarm water. One time I have had to call the apartment office 3 times over a month's span to get the water fixed. Overall Quail creek is inexpensive and it ok shape. I only pay $495 for a one bedroom and I have a very large kitchen and living room and washer and dryer hookups. The walls are sort of thin but occasional noise doesn't bother me, I am more worried about me bothering my neighbors. I live in the very back of the apartment and eventhough they do not lock the gates, I feel safe. I lived in Pier Landing for 6 months and my husbands van was broken into there. But so far nothing like that has happened. All in All, I think Quail creek offers a nice deal for a good rate and are very competitive to what others can offer in the area.
