I agree this review is a little harsh...being his wife and all. I would say that QC is a nice place to live if you want to save money and be close to the base. Although be aware that this complex is older than others and you will have to deal with some maintainance problems. However these problems could be resolved in a bettery manner than just temporarily fixing some of the problems. I have nothing bad to say about mangement I used to live next door to Ricky and she is very very sweet. Andrew is also very nice and attentive to the needs of the renters here...he was very considerate when dealing with us. As for the bikes...its frustrating but what can you expect leaving them UNLOCKED on a patio that can be esaily accessed. There are many different kinds of people in the complex and many many young adolescents with no parental supervision....SO BE AWARE. Keep anything you don't want taken in your apartment. Now the snake....it was on our floor in the bedroom, it was a baby, and it was NOT in our bed! I still can't really figure out how it got into our apartment but i'm guessing the kids next door may have something to do with it.We are leaving because of something in the vents that are causing my husband to have asmthma attacks, and I do beleive that should be dealt with accordingly for the next tenants who reside here. If you have nice neighbors it makes things better we just happened to live next door to some people who unfortunately were not very good ones....except an older lady diagonal from us she was very sweet and pleasant. Please give this place a chance if you are trying to save money...just take into consideration you are not paying for the Ritz.
