I just read all 26 reviews and i can't stop laughing!! you should read them all, some are really funny! especially the one's talking about how amanda needs to clean up her dog poop (there were a couple reviews that said that so it has to be true). well my opinion about quail creek is about half good and half bad. My main complaints are that my front and back doors have a 2 inch opening at the top of the door. (like if i want to know how hot or cold it is outside all i have to do is stick my fingers through the top of the door and feel the outside air.. lol crazy huh') which means i'm heating and cooling the doormat whole area. i've noticed quite a bit of wasp. but i'm not sure if that's QC's fault, i don't know. i read somebody's review about the hot water.. and oh my god i can't agree w/ him/her more. i have to turn ONLY the HOT nob on just to get a luke warm shower. i've never had a problem w/ the office staff. i just try to be nice if i have to address a problem about the apt. For those of you who said amanada was rude.. for some reason i've always thought she was one of the nicest one's. but there are so many different personalities in the complex that not everyone will get along, and not everyone will like each other, etc. So i'm not doubting that anyone was rude to anyone, who knows. but i do feel bad for the maintenance men b/c there are only a few of them and they have to fix a billion apartments.. (and keep in mind that these apt's are old so there's probably a ton of work orders). but i do feel that the apartments are reasonable priced. if i were to be living at the brand new apartments on clyde vant (riverwalk apartments, etc) then yeah i'd be pissed about alot of stuff but i don't let it get to me b/c i did choose to live here, and i was aware that it was a little older apt's, and if i were to move to any place cheaper then i'd be living in the ghetto. so i feel like quail creek is a great median. i'm not totally disappointed b/c i knew what to expect before i moved in. i thought, ok it's decently priced, things won't be perfect, but can i deal w/ it' yes. so if you want to move in these apartments you pretty much have to know what to expect to appreciate the value. if you wanna live in a place where you want top notch service and top notch quality of living then i'd recommend paying a higher rent at a newer apt property. but if you wanna meet all your needs in the middle (cost/quality/value/service) then i'd recomment quail creek.

I can relate to you some. I have only lived here since June of this year and we had roaches GALORE. We are super clean people..I mean I even scrubbed the walls! We bombed, did the powder stuff, sprayed, and they are just everywhere! We also had a huge 3'' gap at the bottom of the door that maintenence eventually rigged for us. Our AC pipe is exposed at the top of the shower and leaks red stuff and after having that fixed the whole ceiling above the shower leaks and is caving in. and what is up with people slamming doors all the time? I think I just got the short end of the stick cuz I am surrounded by party people...just a month ago I had to go outside and break up a loud fight at 2 in the morning and i'm 6 months pregnant! I do agree that is has great location tho and is reasonably priced. Gah..the staff tho. I guess I can undersatand where they are coming from, but it's my b/f that lives there and I come and stay maybe 2 nights a week on average and stay on my one day off just to clean and they are all rude to us now b/c I won't pay $35 and get on his lease. I don't live there so I don't feel the need to be pushed around by them. maybe we'll see some improvement tho? haha.
