I don't know what the rest of these people are talking about. I've lived here for over three years, and have ALWAYS been taken care of. The current manager, Ricki, is always there for me, even when she's off. The rest of the staff are always curteous and polite. When my microwave went out, Andrew brought one up himself because the maintenance staff was busy. It seems to me like these people complaining are used to living with their mothers and don't realize that apartment complexes don't come over and clean your rear end for you. They take care of what they are responsible for and will assist you with anything else within reason. Good job quail creek.
