I guess I'm the only one that reviewed Raintree that doesn't work there.
The office staff was overall rude.
They were never there before closing time even if rent was due.
Parking was also terrible.
The maintenance crew was the only thing that seemed to be efficient.
I will be moving out as soon as the lease runs out.
They may seem to be nice at first,but once the money is in hand..it's all over.

I moved out of raintree apartments about 4 or 5 months ago. Overall I did enjoy living there. However, parking could be a problem at times. Also my air conditioning went out like 4 times in my year and a half stay. Maintenance was pretty prompt with repairs but not always. Only other think was that my downstairs neighbor played his guitar apparently hooked up to the amp so it was extremely loud at hours like 1 or 2 in the morning. All office personnel was very helpful and accommodating. The view from my balcony was very nice and the pool areas are very nice also. There's gonna be a few problems anywhere you go but overall I would give raintree a good rating and reccomend it to others in the market for an apartment.
