I lived in two apartments while I lived here. The first was a one bedroom. I was pleased with the apartment except for the fact that the guy above me smoked and when I had the A/c on I smelt it really bad in my apartment. I told the office staff and they pretty much said there was nothing they could do. I then got a two bedroom apartment with a roomate towards the front of the complex an wasn't really happy with it. There was never any parking. Also the floors of the apartment were like paper thin. In both apartments I heard every step my ustairs neighbors took.

I had the same problem living in a downstairs unit. I felt like my upstairs neighbors were going to end up in my apartment.
