I lived on the bottom and thought my upstairs neighbors were going to end up in my apartment. I felt like I lived below the elephant community at the zoo. The pool is great. It's the one thing I miss. The manager is wonderful but the rest of the office staff is very rude. Maintenance was great but the apartments themselves are very dated!We had lots of car theft!! My neighbors had parties every night and occassionally threw a guest through the window or into my outside coach light! First floor patio furniture was often stolen and the club house was very depressing. There are lots of rowdy, drunken young people in this complex. Not good for med students!

I totally disagree No car theft. No stolen patio furniture (I have 2 nice patio chairs and a very nice BBQ grill, and have had no problems). Maybe things were different back in 2004-05 when this person lived at Raintree, but in 2008... I love it!
