I have moved to raintree from Timber Ridge and I liked it much better here. the pool is super nice, the grounds are beautiful, there is a volleyball court, but lately it's not been maintained. for a while there was a group of people coming, none of whom lived here and played volleyball every week. it was getting quite annoying. The manager of the apartment is very nice and super helpful, and I always prefer to deal with him. The other staff, and especially Debbie was very rude and unsupportive and I always avoided dealing with her. I have had several things happen to the apartment I was in, once it was the AC in the middle of the summer. they came, tried to fix it, then had to replace it, but they were very nice about it, and offered me to stay somewhere else. I appreciated that. I had no problems with the neighbors, untill recently. A college girl moved in next door who always had parties, and smokes so much that I cannot even go on the patio. One Thursday she had people over and screaming up until 2 am. I reported it to the courtesy officer and it stopped. I also have a new neighbor underneath me, who has the bass so loud on his stereo/or tv or smth, that the floor vibrates. I told him once, he stopped it then, but plays his stuff just the same. I think that would be a problem in all apartments, just depends on who your neighbors are. Overall, the apartments are very nice, the neighbors are always a gamble, and if there is something wrong with the apartment, you have to tell them and they will fix it, if you feel they have to redo something, I am sure that if you insist they will do whatever it takes to keep you there.
