I just gladly renewed my lease the other day. The apartments are really nice, and the grounds are always well taken care of. Ive only ever had a few problems, and they were always taken care of immediately. The staff is very friendly, and always willing to help with any issues. The walls are are well insulated from noise, so there's no need for eareplugs here. The grounds are not only well kept, but well lit and safe. Ive never felt unsafe walking around the grounds, even at night. Raintree is also in the middle of a nice neighborhood, and is almost ridulously close to stores, restraunts, and even LSUS's college campus. Everything is well constructed, and the layout of the complex is verty nice. The only possible thing I could complain about is the lack of covered parking, but thats not something you see in many apartments in this area anyway. If you're looking for a good apartment in the Shreveport area, this is it. I HIGHLY reccomend these apartments.
