I've lived in the apartments for over a year and a half. Don't want to live here much longer nor, would I tell my friends about the place. I live in a downstairs apartment. The guy living above me walks very heavy and I know where he is all the time. The air must pass through the apartments very easy because I can smell when the man is smoking as well. Water isn't included in the rental, so I pay $22-35 more a month on top of my $620 rent. The new office manager isn't very friendly to say the least. She doesn't really know her job compared to her asst. office manager. Parking is ok but if you are a new move in (which I wouldn't do if were you) there isn't any place to park to unload. There is a 25lb. limit for animals but I've seen a few dogs being walked that are way above that. One guy has a pit bull that if it had gotten away from it's owner while walking it would have bitten me for sure.
