Not so nice of a place!!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
I've lived in the apartments for over a year and a half.
Don't want to live here much longer nor, would I tell my friends about the place.
I live in a downstairs apartment.
The guy living above me walks very heavy and I know where he is all the time.
The air must pass through the apartments very easy because I can smell when the man is smoking as well.
Water isn't included in the rental, so I pay $22-35 more a month on top of my $620 rent.
The new office manager isn't very friendly to say the least.
She doesn't really know her job compared to her asst.

Parking is ok but if you are a new move in (which I wouldn't do if were you) there isn't any place to park to unload.
There is a 25lb.
limit for animals but I've seen a few dogs being walked that are way above that.
One guy has a pit bull that if it had gotten away from it's owner while walking it would have bitten me for sure.
