I would not ever tell anyone to move into Summer Tree. When you go into the office to be showed the modle apartment not only is the apartment that they take you into FAKE but so is the MANAGER! Once you pay your deposit and put your signature on the lease EVERYTHING changes! The manager will loose her smile and hand you the keys to what you are looking forward to calling home...She will NEVER be nice another day to you after you sign your lease..She is SO RUDE and not only to you but also to your guest! not one day that i lived there did i EVER feel at home! It was a nightmare! I will say one good thing and that is Maintence was really good on getting things fixed, and that was a good thing my air went out 2 times after i moved in and it was in the middle of summer and i lived upstairs! So i was glad that they were there to fix it! but after they fixed it..then i got a leak in my pantry that never got fixed! one more thing please do not be fooled by the security gate and pool and work out room and when she says we also have a club house do not get excited it is a 500.00 dollar dep to use the club house and it only holds 12 ppl and the workout room what a joke it NEVER worked but like twice the entire time i lived there! last thing when i went to see the property the reason i went was because of the gate i worked nights and needed to know at 4 am when i got out of my car i would be safe. So i told her that when we went to go view the FAKE apartment and asked about how safe i would be at 4 am she said o no worries i have a on golf cart security that rides around 24 hours a day....NO THERE WAS NOT! never did i ever once see any security around that place! SO if you and your family are looking for a place to call HOME you better keep driving down the road when you pass Summer TRee because it is for sure no place to call home!
