Let me start with entrance to the property.
The security gate...always stuck open or closed.
Back gate...always stuck open or closed.
Cracks in the pavement like a Monster truck driver lives here.
Property employee's ghetto kids running ALL over the property, keying cars, plucking landscaped flowers, etc.
(Management does nothing about it!) Pool has to be locked after hours for fear of potential drowning.
Security...yeah right! Never seen the guy.
Parking...Nightmare on Mansfield Road.
Units in BAAAADDDDD need of updating...BAAAADDDD! Walls may need udated insulation.
No fire place service to clean chimneys (fire'), no one cleans dryer ducts (fire'), all property owned appliances very dusty and caked with dirt (fire') Asking for anything to be fixed is like asking for one month free rent just on GP.
Same problems over and over.
However the manager lives on site.
Apartment is very nice! New appliances, fixtures, carpet, and paint.
Wow!!! Property owners runs Spring Lake apts (read reviews...same problems...how ironic).
However when financial problems arise...no problems working matters out with management.
Very understanding.

The security gate is not always locked. I should know bc i live here now and secondly the pavement is just fine unless ur a 10 yr old trying to roller blade. And there are no "GHETTO" anything. First off, that was racial and judgemental. Wat i think u meant to say was rough housing kids. And FYI if u go to any neighborhood there are always a group of kids around. And there are almost only 2 ppl per click i see walking together around here and do not bother anyone. As far as cars being keyed u are responsible for ur own actions as to who would do that to u! The gate is closed after 10 830-10.. y would it be open aftr any later than when it CLOSES and no a security officer is not going to stand outside and babysit u while u swim. U drowned if u dont know how to swim and if ppl are smart... DONT GET IN IF U KNOW U CANT SWIM!!! Every apartment is updated over time i know bc ive seen it done and mine sure as hell is. And they are also updated before anyone moves in. Chimmneys do get cleaned mine was cleaned last month without me even having to ask. They told me.
