Let me start with entrance to the property. The security gate...always stuck open or closed. Back gate...always stuck open or closed. Cracks in the pavement like a Monster truck driver lives here. Property employee's ghetto kids running ALL over the property, keying cars, plucking landscaped flowers, etc. (Management does nothing about it!) Pool has to be locked after hours for fear of potential drowning. Security...yeah right! Never seen the guy. Parking...Nightmare on Mansfield Road. Units in BAAAADDDDD need of updating...BAAAADDDD! Walls may need udated insulation. No fire place service to clean chimneys (fire'), no one cleans dryer ducts (fire'), all property owned appliances very dusty and caked with dirt (fire') Asking for anything to be fixed is like asking for one month free rent just on GP. Same problems over and over. However the manager lives on site. Apartment is very nice! New appliances, fixtures, carpet, and paint. Wow!!! Property owners runs Spring Lake apts (read reviews...same problems...how ironic). However when financial problems arise...no problems working matters out with management. Very understanding. :)
