I've lived in these apartments for 2 years, it's quiet, the apartments are pretty nice, especially mine which has vaulted cielings (top floor only). the management is nice and helpful.. They have about 12 floor plans, moving from 657 sq ft up to 1255 sq ft. The grounds are nicely kept and laundry mats conviently located.. nice pool area too. The prices seem within what the market will allow and the apartments are real close to the BAFB and not too far from the Bossier main strip of the mall and major eating establishments. I'd suggest these apartments to anyone, as before I moved in, I did a lot of research on the apartments here, and liked these.

I can't imagine that Pier Landing could go down hill that much in a year. Your review sounds like the brochure. I do not think you were a resident. LIAR!!!!

These apartments have quiet a reputation in the area. Management is the largest problem concerning these apartments.Management is really not professional on this particular property. Alot of activity in the past concerning the manager and improper behavior with a tenant really tarnished the reputation of the management company in charge of this property. Tenants still speak of the incident and how improper and unprofessional this incident was. The incident was taught to be kept at low key but simply did not. The manager simply acted unprofessionaly and should of been perhaps transferred to at least save the reputaion of the management company. These apartments are problemed and not such a great place to live as stated above. Best thing recommended is do research, Ask around. Ask friends, etc. Information is well known. I wish someone would have warned me.
