Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I LIVED HERE FOR OVER A YEAR AND HAD TO PUT UP WITH LOUD NEIGHBORS THAT LIVED ABOVE ME THAT PLAYED LOUD MUSIC 24/7. WHEN I CALLED IN ON THEM THEY KEYED MY TRUCK. OTHER NEIGHBORS HAD THEIR CARS BROKEN INTO AND TIRES SLASHED. I HAD A FLOOD IN MY APARTMENT AND THE MAINT. LET MY CARPET MOLD. GO SOME PLACE ELSE.
