I have lived at Pier Landing for two years I live in one of the Town houses. I have no problems with the neighbors, and enjoy the silence at night I love the management they are very nice catering to my every need. Only minutes from downtown I have no complaints its what you make of it.

I do not believe this to be a non-managerial resident of this apartment complex. If they lived here, they would not be saying this.

This is really not honest. There are problems at these apartments. The main thing is management. These apartments need new management. It really is an issue here. Perhaps the management company who oversees this property could replace the manager in charge.Alot of rumors and unprofessionalism. Really improper behavior between management and a particular tenant in the past. Not very many companys allow such a display of unprofessional conduct by of all individuals, The person incharge who is to set an example for other employees to follow. The apartments are in need of repair, Mostly the interiors. Old appliances, etc.Dated. Not 100% a place for children. Perhaps a single person or roommates. Its just not highly recommended property. Problems in the not so far past. Ask and phone around...
