Worst place to live that's not in the ghetto

Before I start, I would like to say that I read the previous reviews and will whole heartedly argee with just about everything that was said. I will try not to repeat them too much. I will say that the tenants (and lack of maintenance) are what makes the apartment complex terrible. I understand EOH regulations, but at some point it's ridiculous to rent to absolute trash. I can not say all of my personal experiences, because that would give away the location of my apartment, and I fear retaliation. I do plan on moving out in the near future. I will say some of the units stay vacant for months, and you will see people moving out in the middle of the night (like 2am). I have seen everything from domestic violence to seemingly drug-related fist fights to being scared to leave my apartment, because of the screaming going on. I wish I could say everything, then you would never want to move in here ever. The speed bumps are terrible and have cost about $900 in repairs on my car in the past year and a half (think broken motor mount and broken strut mounts...CAN YOU AFFORD THAT'''). I have talked to a few other tenants, and they have complained about the height of and the poor lighting around the speed bumbs. Easy for a person with a low riding car (I'm not talking ganster low) to bottom out their car. You will need a PO Box or a PMB if you ever want to get a package. YOUR PACKAGES WILL GET STOLEN. I am not exaggerating when I say 85% of mine have. I now pay for a PMB 15 minutes away. DO YOU WANT TO MOVE IN NOW''' How about feral cats that potty everywhere (stinks BAD), tree sap that deteriorates the paint on your car (you will need to wash your car at least once a week), rude maintenance men, pot holes, and crazy rent hikes' All in all, if you move in here, you are asking for it. ALL OF IT!!
