Pier Landing was ok until they got new managers. Ever since then, it's been downhill from there. My rent steady increased, no maintenance was done in my apartment! The staff is awful. I had one staff member come to my door flirting with me almost every morning, I called the office, do you think they tried to solve that' NO! My patio stayed full of bird poop and I could hardly get into my front door because of all the wasps nests surrounding it. I complained for months and they never solved the problem, even after I left. My kitchen sink pipes busted THREE times and I had to wait at least a week before they decided to do anything about it. As someone mentioned before, the staff is nice to you until after you sign the lease, then that's it. Then they all of a sudden sent me a notice to vacate because I got tired of putting up with their nonsense, I say it's because I had to get nasty with them to fix my apartment. You would too if you were steady calling for maintenance and never received it, all the while they're steady increasing rent, and for what! It gets better. Once I've been told I had to move, they send me this big bill talking about I left burn marks in the carpet! I asked for a receipt on this because I was very sure I didn't, being that I have pictures to prove it. I never received a copy of this bill and they're steady on me about it!
