I lived in Pier Landing for a year and that was too long. The first day I got there I was given the wrong keys to my apartment. It was the weekend, so they were unable to give me a new set until Monday and, even then, they still wouldn't lock my door properly. My apartment was infested with roaches and my toilet would overflow if you put in a kleenex. After repeated requests to the office with no response, I finally called U.L. Coleman properties directly before the infestation problem was taken care of.

The icing on the cake was when my lease expired they went up on my rent AND informed that I would now have to pay for water and sewage.

I have sinced moved to BIGGER apartment for LESS MONEY and couldn't be happier.

Don't move here. It is not worth headache.

These apartments have problems that shoud and need to be addressed. Management is very poor on this property and that is where the problem seems to start. Tenants should not allow this type of activity,neglect and unprofessionalism. Management on this property should be replaced.
