This is the worst apartment complex ever. The security is joke. The maintenance people are rude and really don't care what problems you have. The apartments are old and very dated and not well maintained. I lived in 2/1 that leaned I had to put things under furniture to level it out. Kitchen appliances are old and don't work properly. Ants in both kitchen and bathroom which was to be treated regularly, however the whole time that I lived there I saw pest control one time. Toliet overflows regularly and there is always water issues. Residents and staff are rude and unfriendly. Grounds always have trash and trash binds are always overflowing. Safety is a real issue due to bulbs are burned out and the area is dark stairways are filthly. Sand was placed on stairs during winter and are still there is summer. Walls are thin and so is the ceiling you can hear practically every noise in other apartments. Neighbors above me stomped and played music so load at night unbearable.
