Ride around the property especially the back of the property.Very poor lighting in the evening throughout property. Not a property recommended for quiet individuals,Lots of unwanted activity and noise especially in the evening.Extremely poor courtesy response to any type problems.Huge problem with pets not being leashed.Dog droppings on sidewalks and right in front of apartments,On and around patios.Rules or not enforced by management concerning these violations or any violations for that matter. Manager, Mica Becton is very good at ignoring any and all complaints or concerns.The manager, Mica Becton should take responsibility and enforce ALL community rules and respond with less excuses. All tenants sign the same lease and all rules should be enforced by management and they are not. There are many problems that need to be addressed on this property.
There are maintenance issues such as poor repairs, Poor response to repair request,Extremely unfriendly maintenance. Property is often filty,Trash bins and bin areas filty, Not enough trash bins for such a large property. Fence areas around property are overgrown with weeds and vines,Grounds such as lawn is not mowed regularly. There apartments with broken blinds in windows and some apartment entrance doors are dented up. Apartment interiors not painted well, Manager Mica Becton has her brother painting the apt. interiors and the interiors are painted poorly.Apartments are not cleaned properly before moving in, Dated interiors,Dated appliances. New contertops in kitchens,Not properly nor professionally done, Still dated appearance.Bathrooms are dated, Old tile work, Extremely dated.Old light fixtures throughout apartment.Carpet not often replaced. Extremely dated flooring in kithen and bathroom areas.Cracked sidewalks in areas near entrance ways.Windows are dirty, Stairways are dirty and need painting. Parking is a problem. Main entrance lighting to community has several lights out and often not working, Needs repair.
Laundry rooms are often dirty.Pools often have non tenants and often problems at pool areas especially in evenings and weekends.Autos speeding on property, Not enough speed bumps on property.Loud music on property in autos.
Not such a great place for children.
Lots of problems and not being properly managed.

My boyfriend had been living in these apartments for almost two years, first in a "roommate apt" then in a one bedroom. Me and our four year old son then joined him in a two bedroom. The first thing that happened, besides all the things that needed to be fixed before we moved in, was that the air condition went out. This, in my eyes and every apartment I have ever lived in, was an emergency situation. We called them four times in as many hours to get someone to the apt. A guy came said to turn it on in a couple of hours and that they would be out tomorrow to "charge it". I turned it back on, it didn't work. And get this, they cannot come out after hours due to safety yet no one can tell me why; is it because of the fear of being robbed or killed, if so I told them I will not live here. This is one of many experiances since moving to these apts.

Management is very nice before the lease is signed. Full of promises. Once the lease is signed your on your own and its a struggle to get management to respond to any type request or complaints. There are constant problems.Very poor courtesy response. This property needs 24hr. security.You can hear everything in the apartment next door, especially if you have someone living above you, Its just horrible. These apartments have extremely dated interiors, Poor repairs. The grounds are not kept so great as mentioned above.Pets, Dogs going everywhere not being leashed.This property needs new management. There has been several people murdered in two differant apartments which I found out after I had moved in.Everything mentioned above is true.The rent is high for such a property in need of updating and just plain repairs. Its not being kept up properly. Highly recommend to drive around property in the especially in the evening time.Poor lighting, Does not feel safe at all.NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CHILDREN! Constant individuals moving in/out. I have witnessed multiple residents move into the apartments on either side of me in just a small amount of time.Constantly differant tenants on and around property,These apartments are just being torn up,Lots of low class,questionable tenants.Check out vehicles in parking areas.NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!

just because people cant afford new cars doesnt mean the apartments are bad i lived there for 6 mths and had no problems with the manager talked about there, maintence was very nice and fixed my problems, and other employees were nice. I only moved out because I moved to another state
