First of all, I have roaches. Although it's listed in the contract that pest control comes every month, I've yet to see any sign of them and I've been here for 2 months. I had to take control of the roach problem myself, and it's a losing battle. Also, the hot tub was filled and turned on about 2 weeks ago, but does not heat up, despite multiple calls to request a fix action. Also, stray cats are EVERYWHERE. They leave piles of feces all over the property grounds, and causes quite a stink. Lawn maintenance is great, laundry rooms for those apartments that don't have washer/dryer hookups is acceptable, however, sometimes the staff fails to unlock the laundry rooms on the weekends and it's almost impossible to get in touch with someone to open them. Poor lighting in the evening. If you can accept these discrepancies in management, you shouldn't have too much trouble. Roaches aren't cool though.
