I have yet to have any major problems with the apartment. Every complaint was fixed the same day. Haven't had any real issues. Like any place in the south you'll find a bug here or there but nothing to fret over. If you clean and take care of food left out and vacuum, the bugs wont bother. I have even recommended to some friends about the complex. Pools are kept nice, but the hot tub isn't kept hot all the time. It isn't safe to go from 100 degrees to 40 anyway. I am moving into a town house soon. Just keep in mind, you never know how loud you are unless you ask. So, complaining about noise isn't my place. However, i have noticed during the summer when the A/C's are going its harder to hear the neighbors than in the fall. During the spring we weren't here, but they allowed us to pay rent ahead of time for the 4 months we were gone. It was worth it. Inexpensive for what its worth. I like being able to walk to the local stores also. I live near the office, the laundry room and mail boxes are right there. Remember, if you have a complaint tell them and be nice, they have to deal with lots of people.
