worst apts ever

I am currently living in pier landing and these are the worst apts i have ever lived in. the managers in the office are rude and no help at all. we were told we would get new everything but yet when we moved in nothing was new. they steam cleaned the carpets... so a few weeks later spots from previous renters were everywhere. i have had many leaks from a/c and upstairs. they do nothing about any of the problems even after i have gone up there several times. I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE!!!!!!!!
